Moringa Chia Seeds Runners Milk Shake
As we appreciate the power of superfood combinations today I would try this easy to do Superfood Milk Shake with Moringa and Chia Seeds.

– 1 cup of milk (choose your favorite one)
– ½ cup of Greek Yogurt
– ½ cup of Chia Seeds
– 2 Teaspoon Moringa Powder
– 2 Tbsp Ground Cinnamon
– 4 Tbsp Honey or molasses
– Mix all the ingredients together in a large bowl
– Separate into bowls, cups, or mason jars.
– Store in refrigerator for a few hours (or overnight).
– Top with your favorite fruits, granola and seeds.
